I love talking Sales Management and New Business Development, and this fun, quick-htting interview on Joe McGonigal’s podcast was absolutely a blast. I shared blunt thoughts on topics ranging from the lack of sales mentors today to the importance of strategically segmenting customers and target prospects, and also offered some practical, easy tips to sharpen your sales story.
